With so many real estate professionals to choose from, sometimes it is difficult to know who to select to represent you. Many claim to differentiate themselves because of their “passion” for real estate. I do no such thing. Yes, I am passionate about what I do, however I know it can’t separate one from 5,000. What separates me is the organic nature by which I came into real estate, and the skills that came along the way in tandem with my genuine personality. A keen eye for detail, being an advocate to ensure my client’s best interests always come first, and patience during an immensely exciting (yet sometimes emotionally difficult) time in one’s life are what separates me from 5,000 other agents in the Edmonton area. I believe in honesty, transparency, respect, and integrity. And having fun. I hold a Diploma in Architectural Technology, with Honours – architecture was my dream job. Or so I had hoped. It was fast paced, and somewhat enjoyable, but I craved more contact with the public and wanted to help others in a more personal way. I made a shift and was hired as a Residential Appraiser and Risk Manager for high net worth clients and their homes within Alberta and BC. My days were spent sitting down with and helping clients to ensure they were being taken care of, should a potentially devastating situation occur. This required meticulously detailing every aspect of their biggest investment – their home. I was required to give up my position very suddenly to care for my son, who had severe developmental delays. After several years I was able to join the work force again. I could do anything I wanted, and I knew I wanted to work with people to help them find the perfect home. After working in custom and high-volume new home sales, I took on a position as a real estate assistant, knowing that was where my career was headed. My time spent working for a busy real estate agent allowed me to have a firm grasp on the business and being efficient within it, the paperwork and forms involved, and the intricate nuances involved in real estate. Not long after, I became licensed as a real estate agent and REALTOR®. Since 2016 I have consistently been awarded for my dedication to serving my clients. As life changes and family needs evolve, I look forward to helping you buy and/or sell your next home so that you can make that next step in life, wherever it may be. I will ensure your experience is as stress free as possible, informative, and that you are always being take care of. You will never feel pressured by me, and I will always be on your side. Communication is my biggest priority, and I limit the number of clients I serve at any given time to ensure you have the attention you deserve.
